Yes you can get good colleges. It is very hard to get govt college at that rank but don't lose hope some private colleges are too good and gave great placement too.
I suggest you some private colleges and you browse them and select good for you that based according to to you.

With 97k rank  you probably get MLIT or MLR , MSIT, MREM and all the OU affiliated colleges, instead of choosing them if you are qualified in JEE Mains, most of the top collegs will allot seats for JEE qualified students, you  better join in that.
