Yes you can apply it as you have the chances at every round of counselling that you will get the different branch and college that you're applied so you can apply for the prescribed brand that you really want to study but you have to wait until for the final rounds of counselling but you have to save your seat in the upper round of counselling so that you can change your branch after your first year and after when the seats are left.
