First of all a candidate is offered admissions on the basis of rank and not percentile. But from the results I believe it would near to 2 lakh or above. Hi ! Yes, you can get college but you will not get a good college. From Jossa counselling you are not going to get anything. Well, you may in non-centralised institutions for admission through management quota or through you JEE main marks and board marks. These are Jaypee, CV Raman, his college of engineering and many other. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
