Hi Pankaj, hope you are doing well, yes you can get admission in Jharkhand and Pune Odisha with your percentile of 50 but you may not get your desired stream with this percentile. Since you are of OBC category it might also help you to get admission into the college, apply for counselling for it and get your desired stream.
