You haven't mentioned the Institute you're enquiring about but assuming that its Delhi University and this is your rank for M.A political science entrance exam there seem to be less chances of you getting admission into the main campus. Delhi University released its 3rd cut off for M.A. Political science on 7th December and considering your category as well as rank you may not get college in main campus.
