Before participating in the 2nd round of counselling, it is better if you pay for the seat that you have got in the 1st round so that it remains reserved for you. Thus, even if you don't get a seat in the second round, you can go for the college that you had received in the first round. If you get a seat in the 2nd round, you can transfer your money to the second seat.
