Hello Dear,

If you have the allotment letter read it carefully, there might be some points which you missed out where it might have been informed that it was not the final allotment letter and some dates might be announced for visiting the college to confirm your seat. I would suggest you to try convince the college committee, give them proof of allotment letter. Or you can file an affidavit against it. For that contact your lawyer, I think it would be better.
