Dear Student,

Once you have chosen the float option in counselling and get the upgraded seat in the counselling then there is no going back.

As you want the 2nd round seat but you have the special round seat now so you need to move with that special round seat only, you can't get back that 2nd round seat because you have left that seat and someone else have taken it.
