First of all I'll tell you about reservation order, then you'll be able to know the IMPORTANCE OF THE NCC A or caste in counciling.

In any college, eamcet seats filling in the quota takes given below for the priority for allotment of candidates

And NCC reservation is again divided on basis of different camps done by candidate so better go by Caste counciling than NCC-A  .
