As you ask about date for commencement of classes  in AIIMS..... so Different AIIMS have different time to start their classes but most of the classes are started in last of the July  or in August.

The admission process have been running a bit late this year due to some inclusions of new reservation. To get proper information, stay tuned with the official website of your particular college and soon there will be updates about the commencement. Usually the colleges start in the first week of August. It should start soon.
