Then please be informed as per the latest update on the official website, it is clarified that if any candidate has uploaded a photograph which does not have white background or the name is not written on photograph, there is no problem in this. The application form will be accepted is the photograph is of required format. No issues would be there.

It would be better if you had uploaded the photo in white background. Last time I remember doing the same mistake. But my form was accepted and I am studying in the same university. So chances are 75%, if your picture is of fine quality your form will be accepted. Otherwise it may depend upon the rules of the university you have applied for.
