Hello,
You can appear ouat. It is a state exam so if you score a rank below 10k you can get an admission for sure. There are many branches in it. You can select one and take an admission.
You have to study PCB and questions are from level easy to medium. They don't ask hard question yet the tricky ones.
So for that you have to solve lots of questions so that you are acquainted to modified questions too.
