Hello Chandan
If you belong to SC St or OBC category you are considered qualified in neet examination however if you are a general Candidate a score of 50percentile is must to qualify.
Getting qualified doesn't mean you can get a seat in govt Colleges. You might try your luck in management quota seats in private colleges otherwise you can work hard and prepare for the next year
