Qualifying Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in case of General category, 45% for General-PH candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC candidates in the qualifying exam. The candidates who are appearing in the qualifyingexaminationcan also apply for NEET 2021.

So yes you are eligible for NEET .
