At this rank, you won't get the branches you've mentioned in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. You might get it in some of the lower ranked government funded institutes of private colleges which accept JEE Main's rank. But I'd suggest you to not go in them, as their condition is pathetic.

As you have scored exceptionally well there are high chances of getting a good college like Vardhaman College of Engineering is a NAAC A accredited private college. With required rank from 8,000 to 8,500 minimum for a general category. You can apply for counseling.
