If you have paid for the college predictor service offered by careers360 but it is again asking for the same, then you can do the following:

• Make sure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.
• During the previous payment, note whether you received a confirmatory message from the concerned bank showing the amount has been deducted.
• Note whether you received a mail/ message from Careers 360 regarding the confirmation of your payment.

Sometimes due to technical glitches, the server fails to register the payment details. Refresh and try again.
