sir i have applied for ews certificate, and submitted my own income certificate, my total annual income is 96000/- and i am living seperate from my parents, i having my own family ration card in that. we are only 2 member. but in my tahsil authority is asking my father income certificate.help me

The eligibility for the EWS certificate are:

  • The annual income of the family of candidate should not exceed 8lakh per annum.
  • The family should not hold 5 or more than 5 acres of land.
  • The family shouldn't have a residental area more than 1000 sq feet.

As you are mentioning your income that doesn't mean your total family income is with in the range of 8 LPA. So if you are working then you have to submit your fathers income as well in order to show that your family income is lesser than 8 LPA.
