Most colleges for b.tech do mention passing of class 12th or equivalent of physics, mathematics and english along with chemistry, biology, bio technology or any other vocational courses as their eligibility criteria. So, if u have already passed the above mentioned subjects you can fill it as appeared. If not, mention it as appearing. Make sure u score good percentage or equivalent cgpa as percentage is one of the criteria taken into consideration in most of the colleges. Prepare well.All the best!

As you do not have your result with you as you have to give the exam. So, you have to fill appearing in your application form. I think you require marks sheet if you fill appeared which you do not have, so only option you left is to fill appearing. Also eligibily for B.tech is that you should have qualified 12 grade or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. So, prepare accordingly. All the Best !!!!
