I understand that you have applied for the Joint Entrance Examination for both January and April exams and what I believe that you have different application numbers for them and thus are facing a dilemma due to it and so to answer your question, you do not need to panic as the application numbers are allotted chronologically for each January and April and so it is very normal that to different application numbers are allotted to the students one for each of the exams.
