Ok it's not at all a problem if you got less marks in jee january and if you get more marks in April it will cosider as you didn't attempt. The first phase but they will consider the second phase result but if you got the first phase result more then you will be considered as second phase and first phase will be absent so all the best for your future so no need to worry about it
