Dear Basha, PWD reservation is a horizontal reservation given within each Category during All India and State Counsellings as well. For example, if a Candidate belongs to OBC and fulfills the criteria of PWD, the Candidate will be considered under OBC-PWD. In such case, candidate will not be eligible for 2 reservations. He/she will be eligible for OBC-PWD reservation.
