The National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted on behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC) for determining the eligibility of a candidate for the post in Assistant Professorship, Junior Research Fellowship or both.

Yes, you can apply for UGC NET because you meet the eligibility criteria for the Entrance Exam.

The eligibility criteria for UGC NET 2021 are :

• Candidates with masters degree or its equivalent from UGC recognized University or Institution passed with Electronic Science, Humanities and Social science (including languages), Computer science and applications, etc are eligible to apply.
  

• The candidate is required to get at least 55% marks ( 50% marks for ST/SC/OBC (NCL)/PWD/ Transgender category candidates ).
  

• If, aspirants who are in the last year of their Masters degree level or who have appeared the final year exam but their results are not declared yet they too are eligible to apply. Such candidates will be considered eligible only if they will fulfill the qualification requirements.

When it comes to the eligibility criteria for UGC NET, it states that candidates are required to pass master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with 55% aggregate, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%, hence to answer your question with MCA degree if you meet the aggregate factor as well, you can appear for UGC NET, in case of JRF the upper age limit is 30 years though in the official notification of December 2020 it was further extended by one year that is the upper age was 31 years, and in case of lectureship there is no upper age limit.
