Yes, you can do BA two times from any university but I don't understand what is the need to do so. You should pursue MA course after BA instead of what you are thinking to do. Anyways, it is your choice and you can go for it. Still, I suggest you to take guidance from your mentors( parents/teachers/counsellors) as it is a big decision.
