sir i have completed my bsc honours in zoology and i have choose code 06 in qualifying exam code .. but i wrote 12 marks and percentage name of school in 12 in the exam qualifying column... is this wrong of right sir

there is no problem for writing this. The code is generally needed to assess the number of candidates applying in  a particular category. For example, the number of candidates applying after graduation, the number of candidates applying after 12th completion. There is no need to worry.
