Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you can do M.tech without giving GATE exam.Universities like BITS, VIT, SRM, IIIT Hyderabad, KIIT University, JNU, IIIT Bhubaneswar and many more. They have their own entrance exam and must attend interview if you have secured a good score. through which they take candidates and offer M.tech in various specialization.
