You have to show your domicile certificate of UP to get the 85% quota of  the state. As you are from the UP state you will get the Domicile certificate of the state easily.

If you have a domicile certificate of Karnataka, only then you are eligible for Karnataka under state quota. But even without domicile certificate, you can get a seat there through all India quota.

Yes you are eligible but you have to provide a residential certificate of that state
