Yes, phone number can be corrected as it is  included in personal details so phone number have been included in your application form in the column of personal details can be e corrected within the time of declared stipulated time by the  respective Examination Authority.

After the the date of correction  there is no chance for anyone any candidate to correct any details like personal details etc.
