You need to fill the application as per the details given in class 10th certificate such as name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth. If the name you have filled in the application form is same as in class 10th certificate then you won't face any problem. You can edit the details filled in the application form if you haven't submitted the application form yet but if you have already submitted the application you cannot change any details. But you can change your name in the registration details according to the details available in the class 10th certificate by logging in the candidate portal. You need to go to 'Modify Registration' Tab and edit your name. The new changes will be applicable for the upcoming application that you might apply. As for NCC details you cannot change the details in the application so your candidature may get cancelled however, you can provide the correct details in the upcoming application that you might apply.

As I know the correction windows are closed for SSC. Now if you want to correct those there are no way out. But you can contact the regional office of SSC. If there are any way out they will surely inform you.

Also the problems you have made regarding the NCC certificate may be treated as fatal discrepancy and it may hamper your verification. So without wasting any time contact the SSC Regional office. If you have provided the zone, I may have provided you the contact details.
