You are eligible for NEET as long as you have an aggregate of 50% in your boards with biology/biotechnology( considering the best 5). So, if maths is your 6th subject, you can rapper for the NEET even if you fail in it. If you have onky 5 subjects, not passing in maths will mean that you did not pass, so you can not appear.
