To be eligible for Neet, you need to pass all the subjects individually those are on your marksheet. If you have failed in Physics and Chemistry, then your overall status would be Failed. But as per the requirement, you have to qualify 10+2 or equivalent. As Physics and Chemistry are the main subjects along with Biology, you have to pass these two subjects, too individually. To be eligible for Neet, a general category candidate needs at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB. 5% relaxation for Pwd candidates and 10% for OBC,SC and ST candidates. However, you can appear for improvement exam.

if you have failed in physics and chemistry then you are not eligible to appear in NEET 2020 as the basic elgibility to appear is candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with the physics , chemistry and biology/biotechnology and english as main subjects from a recognised board , candidate who are appearing for 10+2 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.
