If you aren't selected in first round then still the gates of state counseling and the second round and mop up round of AIQ are still open for you. But since the cut off this year has rocketed to an immense level so it is somewhere difficult for you to get government MBBS seat with these marks . Also you haven't mentioned your category.

If not MBBS then you can also look for BDS, BAMS , BHMS etc.  as MBBS is not the end of life.
