Well if you are GEN-EWS but your concerned rank is not appeared in the JEE mains result, then I would request to submit this particular grief in the official site of JEE mains. 

I would also rrequest to go through all the FAQ's given in the site, as majority of the problems faced by the students are common and you might find a hand on solution.

Because if JEE main had not produced an EWS rank then it might happen the NTA had assumed you to be a GEN-Non-EWS category and so you will be treated the same. 

I would also like to mention, with this percentile you won't expect to qualify for JEE advanced in the GEN Non-EWS category!
