I got 88.89 percentile in jee main.I belong to gen-ews category but did not mentioned in jee main unknowingly.Am I eligible for jee advanced

According to your percentile, you will probably get into Advanced exam. Because the percentile is normally 85 for general cutoff. However, do wait for NTA's official cutoff.
As per your ews criteria, you won't be allowed because applying for it is not a fast process and can only use it next year.
