Your marks seems to be quite good to get a seat in a government college. Kindly wait till the last round and do the counselling wisely.
I also wanted you to see the previous year cut off ranks of different colleges on their site or Google this and other colleges so you can make your prediction much better . Kindly take wise decision.
If you are a fresher kindly wait a year I am sure you will get a IIT next year .

Considering the previous year closing ranks, the chance of getting admission in Top NITs with your score is less. Try for private institutes that accept JEE marks.
