Yes you can get AMU with your rank, and with whichever branch you want. Just CSE branch has a very high cut-off so can't be sure of anything, but according to previous cutoffs and considering your status, you can definitely try. Aligarh Muslim University is well known, but you can also try for other colleges that offer the course that you want. All the best!
