Dear Akanksha, in 2018 under State Quota, Sasaram Medical College, also known Anugrah Narayan Medical College gave a seat to 533 marks under General Category. That was the cut off. With 394, unfortunately you dont make the cut. Infact 533 marks were the cut off for General Category in 2018 for Bihar. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
