Dear Student,
Glad to hear that you want to for llb after completion of your B.com. llb is a three years course and can be after any graduation. There are also integrated courses like b.com llb, bba llb, b.a.llb, etc. But I'm sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for it as almost all private and government colleges across India have a minimum eligibility criteria of 50% in graduation and even if you have any sort of quota it'll give you only 5% relief then also you wouldn't be eligible to apply for it.
