Yes, it is possible. Mostly for undergraduate level BPT courses you have to fulfill a minimum requirement of marks in yiur 12th standard.

Candidates must have cleared Class 12 board exams. Minimum Aggregate score of 50% or more should be obtained in the qualifying exam, in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

To be eligible to get college for physiotherapy you must have pass in12th class or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in physics,chemistry and biology (including practical)provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately.
