As you may be knowing that admission in various colleges under BCECE is going to be on the basis of your performance in JEE main
As your have secured 50 percentile in JEE mains
And the cutoff for SC candidate is 54 percentile, so you definitely  won't be able to make it to the best top colleges in Bihar govt. , Your chances for the best college is very low.
But definitely, you will get  admitted in one of the govt colleges in Bihar under BCECE
Because usually their cutoff rank is very low.
So, definitely you will be able to make it to one the college under BCECE , but  you have very low chance to get admission in the top colleges .
