Hi ! No you can't expect any government college with your percentile. Your percentile and rank is not enough to get a good government college. Well done government college like in the state of West Bengal, Mp , up, can admit you because they admit 70% students through state JEE and rest through all India JEE. Automatically their cut-off is low. You can have a worst GFTI at your courtesy. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
