Hello dear

If you are from general category you need minimum of 60 % for aiims , thus you are not eligible for aiims with 58 % marks.
But yes right now you can give aiims exam as no one is going to check your result there but problem will come if you qualify it and wants to take admission as they will not allow you to take admission even if you cleared aiims with good rank as you failed to fulfil their eligibility criteria.
