Most of the companies ask for the minimum percentage of marks in board exams (Both 10 and 12) in campus placement, as the first step to shortlisted candidates. Most companies keep it around 60 percentage and maximum it goes up to 70 percent for big MNC.

Off campus, they don't even ask board percentage.
