According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs and also the counselling registrations are over now but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government and private colleges you can get admission on such ranks. You can go for some states such as Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and some others. Like in Maharashtra you can sit for MHT CET counselling on the basis of your JEE-Main rank and in Rajasthan direct admissions are still on.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
