Your percentile is really good and your ranks are good too but he thing is the number of seats in AIIMS is very less and obc seats are only 321 in number so it's impossible almost to get a seat with this rank. Try for other colleges if you have given neet. And if you want to take a drop then your score next year will surely be good. All the best
