Hey Deepak !
As per the stats of 2018 of State Counselling Quota of Bihar, an AIR of 8711 would help you to get any of the medical colleges all over Bihar except Patna Medical College.
Since your EWS rank is also quite impressive but it might just cross over the 10% quota for Patna Medical College. Hence it seems, PMC won't be within your reach.
Apart from that, you can actually have a good go at any of the other medical colleges.
