At 7192 SC rank it is very difficult to get into any iit not matter how lower branch or how lower college you choose as not iit has such a high cutoff in sc category but you may apply for preparatory course depending upon your preparatory rank in the iit which you want also you may take admission in nit/iiit/gfti depending upon your jee main rank.
