Hello,

If you've lost your Transfer Certificate (TC), follow these steps:

  1. Notify the School : Inform your current school immediately about the loss of your TC.

  2. Submit an Application : Write a formal application to the school requesting a duplicate TC. Include your details, such as name, class, roll number, and the reason for the request.

  3. Provide Identification : Attach a copy of your ID proof, such as an Aadhar card, birth certificate, or passport, to verify your identity.

  4. Pay Fees : Be prepared to pay a nominal fee for issuing a duplicate TC, as per the school's policy.

  5. Follow Up : Regularly follow up with the school administration for updates on your application.

  6. Check Records : Ensure that the school’s records are up-to-date, as this can expedite the process.

  7. Keep a Copy : Once issued, make photocopies of the TC for future reference.

Hope it helps !

Hello,

If you've lost your Transfer Certificate (TC), you should visit the school or college that issued it and request a duplicate. You may need to submit a formal application, and some institutions may ask for an affidavit or police report stating the loss. It's a good idea to carry identification and any proof of your previous enrollment to expedite the process. Contact the administration for specific requirements.

Hope this helps you,

Thank you

Hi there!

I understand you're dealing with a lost Transfer Certificate (TC), which can definitely be stressful. Don't worry though - this is a fairly common situation and there are established procedures to handle it.

Here's what you can do to get a duplicate TC:

1. Contact your previous school/institution:

- Visit the administrative office

- Submit a written application requesting a duplicate TC

- You may need to explain the circumstances of losing the original

2. Required documents typically include:

- A formal application letter

- An affidavit stating the loss of original TC (on stamp paper)

- Copy of FIR (recommended but not always mandatory)

- Your previous class marksheet

- ID proof

- Recent photographs

3. Important steps:

- File a police complaint about the lost TC (recommended)

- Get the affidavit notarized

- Be prepared to pay the necessary fees for the duplicate copy

- Keep following up with the institution

The process usually takes 1-2 weeks, though timelines can vary depending on your institution's procedures.

Would you like me to explain any of these steps in more detail? Also, have you already contacted your previous institution about this? Understanding where you are in the process would help me provide more specific guidance.

For more detailed information about document procedures and requirements, you're welcome to check our website or let me know if you have any other questions!

If you lost your t c first question arises where if it is under any possession it might lead you to another problem so it is best to do an FIR or a press notification that nobody misuses it.

Also, you can write an application to your school requesting a duplicate copy of transfer certificate.obtain certificate from them and submit where it is required it is also considered as real documents of yours

osing your transfer certificate (TC) can be frustrating, but there are steps you can take to obtain a duplicate copy.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Contact Your Previous School:

    • Reach out to the school where you completed your studies and request a duplicate TC.
    • Provide them with your name, roll number, and year of passing.
    • If possible, have a written application ready.
  2. Required Documents:

    • You might need to provide additional documents to verify your identity and association with the school. These could include:
      • Photocopy of your 10th or 12th mark sheet
      • Identity proof (Aadhaar card, passport, etc.)
      • Any other relevant documents
  3. Fees:

    • There might be a fee associated with obtaining a duplicate TC. Check with the school for the exact amount.
  4. Processing Time:

    • The time it takes to process your request can vary depending on the school's procedures and workload.

If you're unable to contact your previous school or if the school is closed, you might need to explore alternative options:

  • Board of Education: Contact the state or national board of education that oversees your previous school. They might be able to assist you in obtaining a duplicate TC.
  • University or College: If you've pursued higher education, your current university or college might be able to help you obtain a duplicate TC from your previous school.
