Sir, I have my income certificate signed and approved by C.O. but not by S.D.O., is it necessary to have sign of S.D.O. for taking admission in NITs btech through jossa or csab?

Hello Aspirant! No, it's not necessary for the certificate to be signed by the SDO. It's only valid for State level exams. Your certificate should be signed by the DC or SDO. So your certificate will work for JEE but not for State level exams. Hope this helps.
