Go to official page of AIIMS where they will ask you to fill your registration ID, password  and RUC. Before that dialog box there will be a text proceed for basic registration form. Click on that. You will be directed to a page where they will just ask you to fill your registration id password and captcha. After entering you will reach a page where you can easily find your RUC Code.
