Certainly you can, there is no link between jee main and upsee, no need to worry if you haven't qualified jee mains there are many colleges in uttar pradesh that take admissions thorugh upsee and there percentage is more than the reservation of seats through jee mains and you have scored very well in upsee so i think you could easily get CSE ,ECE in top colleges of upsee like galgotias, JSS, ajay garg etc so go for it's councelling and try your luck.

Hi Ved, if you are not selected for the jee-mains exam than don't lose hope.you have another option UPSEE, through UPSEE you can get any government-affiliated college in UP.
